This award-winning daffodil has been one of the most popular Narcissi since its 1916 introduction, in large part due to its pure white color & intoxicating scent. Spouting up to five pendant blooms per 16” stem, each with recurved petals & a dainty cup-shaped crown, this naturalizing daffodil is the snowiest white of all the white Daffodils. A versatile heirloom, Thalia is as well-suited for classic boxwood planters as it is for iridescent moon gardens or naturalized woodland drifts. Blooming in late spring, each of these harbingers of spring last 5-7 days & when planted in drifts, put on quite the elegant show. Budded blooms also have great appeal as a cut flower. This daffodil attracts bees of all kinds & returns each year without any work on your part. Plant in full sun to light shade in the fall or early winter. Rich, well-drained soil yields the best results.
