This nearly ever-blooming South African Aloe sports showy salmon-pink flowers held on stalks that rise 12-18” above basal clumps of succulent green leaves. Reaching only 1’ high, it spreads over time to create a lovely low-maintenance groundcover. Generally blooming its first year(!), flowers first appear in Summer and continue thru mid-Winter. A big favorite with hummers! This award-winning, disease resistant selection produces sterile flowers, allowing for more blooms over a longer period. Stunning when massed as a large-scale ground cover, it also makes a showy container specimen! Provide good drainage and deadhead flowering stems when they’re done blooming.
