One of the most charming succulents in the trade, Pink Jelly Beans or Pork and Beans as they are also called feature plump, shiny leaves that are an almost translucent lime green with rosy-red tips. A petite 6-8” tall, Jelly Beans are the perfect choice for a mixed succulent bowl. Though it sports a mostly vertical habit, over time this sedum will sprawl out of its pot, over a low border or slowly colonize a dry garden bed. In spring, it produces clusters of tiny, yellow flowers that attract pollinators. Drought tolerant and easy to grow, these Jelly Beans add instant beauty to your garden. It is also one of the easiest plants to propagate, readily growing roots from both stem cuttings and leaves. Plant in full sun outside or bright light indoors and use a fast-draining mix. As long as it dries out between watering’s, this sedum will like regular water. It is only hardy to 30 degrees F so protect during nights where there is a freeze. Long lived and usually ignored by deer.
