Very beautiful silvery white foliage (with a blue cast), dense form and highest rating for toughness makes ‘Silver Anouk’ an outstanding favorite! To 2’x2’ and disease resistant, this beauty blooms profusely in Spring with highly scented deep purple spikelets topped by violet petals. Deadhead after flowering for extended Summer bloom. Do grow lavender in fast draining, moderately fertile soil. Cut back by half to two-thirds in Fall for a much longer life and to keep it pretty. Bees, butterflies and deer resistant. Cut back immediately after bloom is finished by no more than 1/3rd - at the latest by first week in September, to maintain appearance for next season.
