Surprisingly long blooming – late Spring to Winter here at the nursery – I love this old fashioned 30” TALL “Floss Flower” for its rich, fluffy (pettable!) lavender flower clusters to 4” across and how nice it looks in the garden, its sturdy branching stems so well clothed in attractive emerald green heart-shaped leaves. So EASY to grow, it’s always sending up bunches of new blooming stems, especially when deadheaded. Plant with Nicotiana alata ‘Lime Green’ and Viola ‘Etain’ for a super pretty vignette! Butterflies love it, makes a great cut flower and is wonderful in a container! Rich, well drained soil. To 1.5’ wide.
