Ablaze with dazzling orange, sweetly fragrant Snapdragon-like flowers centered by a contrasting dark eye, 'Angelart Orange' blooms from early spring all the way through November-so prolifically that the flowers might nearly obscure the densely mounding foliage that will vigorously spread to about 10" tall by 12" across. Perfect for filling the floor of a garden bed or vibrantly padding a hanging basket or container. Bees, butterflies, and hummers are all appreciatively drawn to this annual, which presents as a tender perennial in Zones 9-11. In especially hot gardens, providing dappled, midday sun will help prolong vim and vigor! Evenly moist, well-draining soil is ideal-try adding a layer of mulch to keep the roots happy.
