Our favorite source for winter cheer, Hellebores are no muss, no fuss, just pure pizazz! The marbled evergreen foliage of Cheryl’s Shine adds year-round interest to any garden. She blooms later in the spring, and unlike the nodding flowers of most Hellebores, her upturned flowers happily show themselves. Pink-edged flowers fade to soft peach with a lemon-yellow center—shades sure to brighten any sleepy winter garden. Perfect along pathways or at the edge of a bed where they can really show off, these beauties require little attention. They can be planted in full sun in mild climates, so long as the roots are kept cool; elsewhere, dappled sun to shade will serve them well. They prefer well drained soil. Water regularly to establish roots; after that, low water will do for plants in shadier spots. A delightfully  compact form, Cheryl’s Shine reaches 18-24” high and wide.
