Can you ever have enough orange? This Oenothera doesn’t think so! A brawny variation of Oenothera versicolor ‘Sunset Boulevard’ – one of our long standing (but shorter blooming) favorites, ‘Endless Orange’ volunteered in our beds (a wonderful random orange happenstance!) & bloomed & bloomed & bloomed all through the Summer. It was tireless. In the Fall, we cut it back to the ground to give it a rest, but had we not, who knows how long those pretty 2” blooms would have gone on? “Endless” seemed a fitting name. In addition to being longer blooming, it also has a more branching & open habit & acts tougher overall than ‘Sunset Boulevard’ – a plant that we still adore, but sorry guy. We’re trading up. Grows from 2’-3’ high & wide.
