Uber rare & uber gorgeous! Sporting soft & felty dark green leaves with salmony-orange, 1.5” tubular flowers with yellow throats, these plants were propagated from a nice variety that was brought back from Central America by a volunteer at San Francisco Botanical Garden. This variety seems to be extra vigorous & has the nice bonus of fuzzy orange stems that make the plant ornamental even when it is not in bloom. Gets to be about 3-4’ and 3’ wide. May pout when not given enough water.
