Glossy, bright green foliage remains lush and immaculate all year. This striking crested species of Iris originates from Southern China. Growing to 2’ tall and spreading vigorously by rhizomes, the spring-green, fan-like leaves grow tall on stalks that rise above the ground and become bamboo-like with age. Tolerates both drought and moisture. Gorgeous in a container where its unique bamboo-like form can be seen to the best advantage.
