Immense, double, violet-purple flowers are 5-6” across on 3’ tall and 2’ wide plants. The overlapping petals are more loosely placed than the dahlia flowered types and the flowers themselves are flatter. Long stems make them excellent for cutting. Zinnias like full sun and rich soil. Cut faded flowers to prolong bloom time.
