One of my favorite Salvias! I love pink & the flowers are larger than the similar Salvia greggii. Salvia microphylla doesn’t seem to get as woody as S. greggii either. More leafy & dense & you can cut it way back, almost to the ground, without hurting it. A very long bloom season, too, April thru Fall here by the coast. Fast, easy & of course, the hummers love it! Grows from 3-4' wide, & from 2.5-3' tall. No Summer water necessary. Rich to average soil.
