Resurrected from old homesteads, ‘Nearly Wild’ is a terrific Rose - even for those who hate the care & maintenance of roses. A boisterous, virtually non-stop bloomer from Spring to Fall, it's a romantic celebration of fragrant, old-fashioned, single, open-faced, 3" pink & white flowers against bright green foliage. Now, here's the best part: it’s TOUGH as nails and completely DISEASE RESISTANT - even in part shade, like where it's growing (& climbing) in our garden to the tune of 6' tall & 6' across. Cold hardy & tolerant of poor soil & drought, we grow it in good, loamy soil with a once a year 2-3" top-dressing of compost.
