Eschscholzia californica
‘Champagne’

Elegant semi-double blooms open pale apricot-pink and fade to a creamy champagne hue. The 2+” wide flowers are borne in great numbers during the warmer months of Summer and Autumn. Delicate grey-green, lacy foliage (8”x14”) adds to this variety’s appeal. As with other “California Poppies”, this variety will self-seed where happy, giving you years of free plants! It’s a great way to add almost instant color to a dry garden bed and can be mass planted for a commanding show. Flowers attract bees and butters! Tough and adaptable, this deer resistant annual can prosper in poor soil and little water. Great in containers too!
