'Broad Windsor'

Holy Fava Beans! These quarter-sized beans are some of the largest & tastiest of all the dried beans. Excellent cooked on their own, in soups, or ground up for falafel - the culinary applications are numerous.  Growing to 4' tall by 18" wide, this larger bush bean produces a lot of fruit. Don’t forget, this is also a favorite permaculture plant, fixing nitrogen levels in the soil & providing future veggies in your garden with this essential element.  One of the easiest veggies to grow, plant (densely, for support) in well-composted soil. Water regularly & wait for the bounty to come in!
