THIS IS NOT YOUR MOTHER’S PETUNIA, but an awesome perennial species from Mexico. From a nice dense mounding base, numerous trailing stems cascade superbly over the edge of a bed or out of a container or basket all Summer long. They will also grow up into nearby plants, providing lustrous bursts of color. A heavy bloomer, the 2” flowers are rich magenta with a black throat. When blooming slows, cut back to 3” tall & woo-hoo! Another round of bloom! Combines strikingly with oranges, yellows, & blues. Hummingbirds love it & it reseeds! Ours even survived the evil freeze into the 20’s F! To 2’ high & wide.
