Fava Bean

An extra early maturing, purple seeded fava bean. This Italian variety can mature almost a month before other favas, allowing you to use the space for other crops. The 9-10 inch pods are filled with 6-7 bright green seeds when mature. If allowed to dry, the seeds will turn an intense purple.
