“Creeping Bramble”

A standout in the land of groundcovers! “Creeping Bramble” makes an evergreen, dense mat of deep green leathery leaves to 4” tall, & up to 4' wide (with time.) It's tough & dependable, weed suppressing, but not invasive. The leathery leaves take on a pleasing red hue when cold weather arrives. Bloom is in Summer, & quite inconspicuous. It roots along the stem as it grows, & though it is often sold as a groundcover for full to part shade, it can also tolerate hot, sunny sites, & slopes. It looks particularly nice cascading over walls. Avoid overhead watering, or too much watering in general, for best appearance.
