Heat & drought tolerant, it will survive upwards of 20 years so long as you don’t water! That’s not much to ask, is it? Smothered with fragrant, beautiful lilac blue flowers in March (which are attractive to birds & bees & butterflies), this Ceanothus is deer, fire, & clay tolerant, & survives to zero degrees Fahrenheit! No muss, no fuss! To 2’ high & 8’ wide.
