‘Purple Prince’

“Purple Prince’ is an intense rosy purple Zinnia from the famous “Blue Point Zinnia” series developed by Benary. Unlike the equally beautiful Zinnias of the past, they are very mildew resistant. So if you’ve been avoiding Zinnias because they turned unsightly on you, now is a good time to grow them again. They grow quite tall (3-4’) with sturdy stems & fully double flowers, perfect to display in a vase. Once there, they last for a long time & do not drop their petals. In the garden they are very attractive to butterflies & interestingly, attract more butterflies than the original wild single zinnias.
