This is a pretty Aloe that gets to be 2-3’ wide. The
rosette is light green with dark spines along the edges. The
4’ tall un-branched flower stalk blooms with attractive
yellow-orange blossoms. The plant blooms in late winter. Aloe
broomii is depicted in 250-year old rock paintings in South
Africa. Found on rocky slopes, needs good drainage.
