Salvia patens
‘Guanajuato’
A GIANT variant of Salvia patens. The same intense, true gentian
blue flowers, but the blooms are 2” long & our plants are
5’ tall & branching. Such a garden statement! Salvia patens
is an easy, fast grower, doing best in ½ day sun to bright
shade along the coast & bright shade inland. Do give it moist,
rich, composted soil & top-dress with compost once or twice a
year.
