“Blue Eyed Daisy”

A stunning, steel blue eye encircled by a golden ring puts this pearly white daisy from South Africa on many a wish list! The 2” or larger blooms are held on multi-branching stems above pretty, dark green foliage that is silvery on the undersides. Freely flowering from June - Sept., “Blue Eyed Daisy” behaves as a perennial in USDA zones 9-11 & grown as an annual in colder winter gardens. Thrives in hot, dry gardens as well as by the coast. The flowers make good cut flowers, though they close up at night. To 2’ tall & across, “Blue Eyed Daisy” is best in well-drained soil & can dry out between watering.
