I use this ornamental & good tasting beet a lot in the garden. Its dense rosette of intense, deepest ruby, metallic foliage makes an excellent contrasting plant that stays neat & compact for two years. Plant it near the front of a bed, next to a path or in a mixed container. Makes silvery foliage & most other flower colors really stand out! The leaves are mild & can be used in mixed salads, too. 8” tall x 12” spread. EASY!!
