Dahlia Twynings After 8 Dahlia Twynings After 8

A stunning and welcome addition to our prized collection of Dahlias, ‘Twyning’s After 8’ offers highly desirable, nearly black foliage topped by LARGE contrasting single white 4” blooms! To a very useful 4’ tall and3’ across, this is an elegant, enduring addition to any garden. Even better, the looong bloom season (dead-head to prolong) lasts from May all the way through Fall! Yay! Easy and reliable, just make sure you give it full sun and an annual 1”-2” layer of compost in early Spring to keep it as gorgeous as it wants to be. It goes deciduous in Winter, cut dead foliage way back and it will reliably burst forth from the ground anew each Spring. Makes a perfect specimen for a large container. Provides loads of cut flowers and attracts bees and butterflies, too. Lift tubers in colder zones.
