10 Bulbs per Bag
(each bulb is approximately 2cm wide)

Photos just can’t do justice to this bi-color bulb from Chile. In Spring, short grass-like foliage emerges and makes way for 16” tall flower spikes topped with a cluster of sumptuously fragrant, 1-2” wide, lilac blooms with burgundy centers around a super-contrasty chartreuse throat. Provide good drainage for best health – if planting in a pot add gravel or lava rock to a loamy planting mix. Water occasionally during active growth and seldom-to-never when dormant. For gardeners in frost-prone zones, either lift bulbs in Winter or simply keep them in a container that can be brought indoors. Leafless when in bloom, try planting it near a groundcover or top-dress its pot with ornamental stones.
